• Orders will be processed within one business day of receipt. When shipping via USPS, please allow 15-20
business days for delivery.
• NestLearning.com processes orders during normal business days. They will make every
effort to ship orders received by 1:00 CST the same business day
• When selecting an expedited shipping method, please be aware that UPS and FedEx
do not make deliveries on weekends
• Orders received on a weekend or holiday will be processed the following business day
• Please allow additional processing and shipping time for orders shipping to Canada. Your package may be
subject to customs fees and import duties which will be the recipient’s responsibility.

Returns:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, they will be happy to exchange it for another item, subject
to the criteria that follow. A 15% restocking fee applies should you choose to have your purchase refunded
